| The task covered in this work package are to compile the current state of the art and to investigate on last findings regarding energetic buildings renovation, including outcomes from previous research projects (FP V, FP VI?) and EiE projects (SAVE, ALTENER?), taking the selected social housing typologies as general referent and to analyse the cost/benefit relationship of main technological solutions including constructive and installations. |
| To define general conclusions on the technical solutions to be applied according to their cost-benefit relationship, the 8 different building typologies are analyse in detail by doing energy audits to define energy deficiencies and simulating the proposed measures individually with advanced software, obtaining the saving produced on each consumption indicators of the house, depending on the geometry, climatic area and other relevant parameters. |
